CSF knows cooling — and when it comes to protecting your transmission from overheating during aggressive street or track driving, their Oil Cooler for the F8X M3/M4/M2 Competition is the obvious upgrade. With a ~30% increase in cooling efficiency over the factory unit, you can push your S55 hard without worrying about costly transmission damage.

The factory oil cooler holds up fine in stock form, but once you start adding power and pushing the car harder, its limits show. CSF's solution uses their AC Condenser Technology: a 1-row, super-high pressure 10-channel microtube design that maximizes oil flow and surface area contact. At 32mm thick, the core offers 15% more volume than the OE 28mm core.

It keeps the factory mounting location and dimensions, so factory ducting and shrouds reuse with no modifications. CSF also added a removable, replaceable rock guard to protect against the road debris that's punctured many an OEM cooler — and it remains compatible with popular aftermarket skid plates like Fall-Line Motorsports and Turner Motorsport.
