How Shipping Rates Are Calculated

- All shipping rates are calculated at checkout using live carrier rates based on:
  - Destination
  - Package weight and size
  - Selected service level (ground, air, international, etc.)
- We do not mark up carrier rates beyond any applicable handling fees described below.

Handling Fees

Some products require special packaging, additional protection, or oversize handling (for example: large aero components, polycarbonate windows, radiators, seats, and similar items).

- These items may include a handling fee to cover:
  - Extra packaging materials
  - Oversize or dimensional surcharges from the carrier
  - Additional time required to prepare the shipment
- Any handling fee will be reflected in the shipping cost shown at checkout (either as part of the shipping line or as an item-specific charge).

Order Processing & Delivery Estimates

- Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.
- Standard ground shipping typically delivers within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Processing and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Condor Speed Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

- Carrier-calculated options (such as UPS, USPS, or other common carriers) will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
- Some oversized or heavy items may:
  - Ship separately from the rest of your order
  - Require specific carriers or freight services
  - Show higher shipping/handling charges due to dimensional weight
- PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain remote locations may have limited service options or longer transit times.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide.

- Available international shipping methods and prices are calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight, and carrier options.
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees:
  - They are not included in our shipping charges.
  - Are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by your local customs office or carrier.
  - We cannot mark orders as “gift” or declare a lower value on customs forms.
- Customs processing may delay delivery beyond the carrier’s estimated transit time. These delays are outside our control.

Oversized & Special-Handling Items

Certain products are considered oversized or require special handling (for example: coilovers, radiators, polycarbonate windows, sunroof/trunk deletes, large aero parts, racing seats, and similar items).

- Shipping and handling charges for these items are calculated individually at checkout.
- In some cases, oversized items may:
  - Ship in separate boxes
  - Ship via freight or a different carrier than the rest of your order
  - Require additional handling time

Tracking & Delivery

- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (where available from the carrier).
- Please allow the tracking link some time to update after you receive it.
- Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Condor Speed Shop cannot control how or when it is delivered.

Address Accuracy

- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Condor Speed Shop is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, we may charge additional shipping to resend the order.

Expedited Shipping

If you need parts on a tight timeline, expedited shipping options may be available.

- For urgent or time-sensitive orders, please contact us before ordering or refer to any expedited shipping information provided on our site.
- Expedited shipping costs are always billed at carrier rates plus any applicable handling fees.

Shipping Promotions

From time to time, we may run shipping-related promotions (for example, discounted shipping or free shipping on specific items or order values).

- Any promotional terms will be clearly stated in the promotion details (email, banner, or landing page).
- Where a promotion conflicts with this Shipping Policy, the promotion terms will apply for qualifying orders for the duration of that promotion.
