Reinforcement Plates, Front Subframe & Engine Mount - E30

Cracked engine mounting points are a common issue on the E30 front subframe, especially on cars that see higher loads or track use. Our Front Subframe & Engine Mount Reinforcement Plates are designed to help prevent — or repair — this failure by spreading engine loads over a larger area of the subframe.

Precision cut from 1/8" steel, these plates reinforce the factory engine mount pads and add durability where the E30 subframe needs it most.

Please note:
Installation requires welding. The proper way to weld the engine reinforcement is on the underside of the subframe, not the top like the photo shows unless you want to raise the engine.
