This A/C Module Kit is designed for popular BMW engine swaps such as the M52TU, M54, S54, M62 (ME5.2.1), M62TU, S62, N52, N52N, N54, and S65. These kits are designed to be robust while maintaining a simple user installation. Following an engine swap, the A/C compressor will not function properly. For E30 models, while the compressor might activate with the original wiring, it lacks an RPM safety cutoff, risking compressor failure at high RPM. This module restores full OEM A/C functionality and protects the compressor by maintaining proper operation post-swap. Detailed installation instructions are included. 

  • Voltage limit of operation: 11.5 – 25 VDC
  • LED illumination when A/C button is “Active”, but RPM level is outside of operation range. 
  • RPM safety cutoff (LED will illuminate)
  • A/C module is capable of handling signal feedback up to 9000 RPM
  • ECU must conform to OEM standard RPM input

Additional Notes: E36/E34 chassis pictured. The E30/E28 kits include an additional relay wiring harness.
